"2 of us ordered meals . Took a very long time. The hamburger wasn't hot and the fries were even colder. I couldnt finish it.had upset stomach after but as someone famous once said...this to shall pass."
"My sister ordered a large Oreo shake, the cashier was nice but she didn't blend the shake at all and just gave it out as it is, no blending or mixing it up at all."
"They have some rule that you cannot use the bathroom unless you purchase something. This is not good. What if i want to wash my hands before eating. In addition, being that you have to pay to use the bathroom i was expecting a super nice bathroom, well stocked and clean. Unfortunately, it was a dirty hole and they should pay me to use it. If you have the nerve to charge, at least have the decency to keep it clean."
"I am appalled at the lack of customer service, filth in the dining room, dirty tables and absolutely no sense of urgency starting from the top with the manager I spoke with who gave me the receipt for our order after waiting 17 minutes to actually get the food. It took a long time before anyone even came to the counter to greet us. The Manager who addressed me said, “Sorry, but no one wants to come to work.”. Truth is there was plenty of staff in the back and no sense of urgency. The lackadaisical work habits of the higher up is rubbing off on the employees. Mindset is everything and taking pride in the appearance of your store/restaurant is just as important. We had to clean our own table. Customer Service takes a back seat here. The tacos were good and a reasonable price, but the filth of the dining room and poor customer service will keep us from coming back."
