"Just got charged double for a small FF ($3.22). Their pricing board wasn't working and when I looked up the price it was actually $2 something. When I asked the girl about it she, "yeah our prices went up" and then ignored when I told her I just looked up the current pricing. I'm not a fan of being ripped off and that's exactly what just happened. Will not be getting anything from them again if this is what their new store policy is."
"Not one of the best fast food places I've been to. The burger was SUPER soggy, and I had to change my entire attire after eating in the car. Don't really expect gourmet, but don't expect tons of watery sauce in there either."
"Absolutely horrible customer service. Rarely do they get an order correct, even missing the biggest thing on the menu and rising to make it right other than customer having to drive 16 miles to go get a now cold whopper. Buying dinner for the family..... you better check your order before leaving the window.... they are becoming worse than McDonald's and that's something. As an update, I requested a call from the franchisee because of the managers terrible attitude and disgusting treatment of my wife. Debbie was very nice and understanding and as a result I'll continue to do business with this location in the hope that they will improve where needed"
"My kids like to eat chicken nuggets so I like to go to Burger King because it's usually pretty cheap to get a bunch of nuggets. If I'm ordering at the drive-thru is hit-or-miss because there's been times that they don't have a lot of be essential menu items and that's a little annoying. They usually get my food right though and they're always pretty kind."
"I ordered a Whopper meal for take out. When I got home and unwrapped the Whopper, it was a thin gray burger on a bun. Nothing else. Nothing like their picture of it. No ketchup, mustard, lettuce or tomato. Burger, bun. I attached pictures of it to this review. Disgusting. Trash. Fries weren't bad though."
