"I needed new windshield wipers. I first stopped at Napa bc it was closer to work. After 10 minutes of the only acknowledgment I got asking me if I was with door dash, I left. I went to Oreilly’s where Noah immediately greeted me. He was super kind and up beat. He explained which wipers he recommends for my suv, rang them up, and put them on my vehicle for me. He made my day. We need more Noahs in the world!!!!"

"Terrible customer service. He seemed like he didn't want to help me. Didn't greet me when I walked in. Then when I asked if he was available, his answer was, "I'm standing here aren't I?" Then I asked for his help deciding what battery I needed and he told me that he wasn't a mechanic. I don't need a mechanic, just someone who knows auto parts in an auto parts store... will not be back. Don't take your bad day out on someone looking to spend money in your store."

"I was (genuinely) helpless trying to haul two 65” TVs home by myself. I didn’t realize my ratchet strap was broken, and I was not wanting to haul them over an hour laying on top of each other if I could help it. While sitting at the stoplight (about to pass by) I decided to turn in and see if I could get some assistance, not only did the gentleman working show me where they were-he offered to help me get them setup for use. I was so thankful I was almost in tears. Even though I probably could’ve put them on myself, I was very nervous. Without even asking the man asked if I could use his help. He came out and helped me strap my TVs down safely. I am forever grateful for this man. I don’t like to rely or ask others for assistance, but his proactive approach at customer service took that anxiety away. Thank you so much, Carlisle O’reilly’s! I will be a return customer!"

"Service started good but ended up terrible because of Jason. He didn’t want to help us finds the part we needed and wouldn’t cross reference them or help us find other parts. He turned us away because they started to get busy and he didn’t want to waste his time, he gave us our money and told us to go somewhere else. Ended up going to AutoZone that was 100% better, they actually helped and made sure we got the parts we needed. Will not be going back to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere."
