"Had an air compressor replaced on a truck. The truck made it 911 miles when the air compressor blew a fitting because it was stripped. Freightliner would not warranty the air compressor because of poor workmanship. Talked to the owner Dan and he said we are not even a real shop we were doing you a favor. He said it has happened to him before so I guess we should expect the same. They did refund 1500.00 of the nearly 4000.00 dollar repair but since it broke down on a weekend had to get a tow order parts etc it was a very expensive repair especially since we got to pay to have the exact same repair redone...We aren't the biggest trucking company but we have been around over 10 years. Have never had an experience like this before. I would highly suggest getting your repair done at a real truck shop especially since the owner says that they are not real... plus it will probably be half the price and half the time. Consider this your consumer ALERT. I'm not stopping with this Google review. Better business bureau and attorney General are next. Best of luck Dan! Hope you have better luck on the road with your trucks than you provide!"
"Really good service and friendly prices. Driver came with broken trailer axle, both wheels were almost separated from it. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and rip me off on price, this people done amazing job to repair it within 2 hours with amazing price! I think even my home base shop will charge me more. Best service I ever received on the road! Thank you so much !!! Highly recommend"
