"I called over the phone requiring politely if brake services were available. Told the guy I didn’t have a ride scheduled and was chastised for it over suggesting I could sit down and read a book for a while somewhere and it wasn’t a problem. Apparently me suggesting that should creates a firestorm of a response and a condescending suggestion that I am putting myself in front of the other vehicles that need serviced simply over having no one available to give me a ride and suggesting I would just sit down and read while waiting. Literally just moved here and am not familiar with auto centers compared to where I came from. Take your service requests elsewhere. This guy has no customer communication skills whatsoever."
"Horrible mechanic. He took 900+ dollars from me and he never fixed my problem. I took my car back to him, he kept it for a few days. When I picked it up I almost did not make it home. When I asked him about it, he basically washed his hands of it and said he could NOT figure out the problem. I wish he would of offered some of my money back at least."
