"Terrible service took my car for an oil change they forgot to put the clips back for my skid plate and skid plate ended up getting damaged this was back in September we are in December they keep saying the parts are being order. Months go by no call back I call them once every month just for them to tell me my parts never got ordered. This is the 3rd time they told me my parts have been ordered and nothing."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a few cars ahead of me, but they got things done in about an hour. The fast service was appreciated. I did enjoy the tall desk area that I could stand or sit at and work on my laptop while I was waiting. One drawback was no outlets at that spot. My only major complaint was the country music playing in the background. Trying to work with that cacophony made it a challenge."
