"Really getting tired of the wash genius only spraying pre-wash/bug desolver on the driver’s side…the bugs seem to indiscriminately splatter all over the front of my truck (from driver’s side to passenger’s side). Getting even more tired of the attitude I get in return to instructing the wash attendant to wash/spray the entire front end [not just the driver’s side]…unless of course, if silverstar wants to reimburse me half of the wash cost…after all, I am paying for the entire truck to be washed, not just half."
"The last 3 times I've come through, they only pre-spray one side of the car. Seems this is the normal now when only 1 person is working. 2 people working today and they still only pre-spray one side of vehicle. I guess this is the normal level of service now."
