"Called 3 weeks ago and got booked for them to come out and fix a broken window. Appointment day comes up and no show. So I called and they never even had me in the system. Weird but ok. Rebooked with the receptionist for 10am today and a hour past no show. Called again and all they said is that I’m on their list today. So why book a specific time and not show up? 2 calls 2 no shows. I’ve used this place a couple times already so that’s why I wanted to use them again. But this is just poor customer service. Hope they get their bookings in order."
