"Took car in for abs light and traction control light. Had gone to auto zone because it came on when I was out of town. Showed it to the advisor who said he wouldn’t trust what they said. Funny thing was it’s exactly what he came back and told me. Had to order part, would take two weeks. Thought I would call and check today. Conviently part came in this morning with no call. Trying to schedule to get repaired evidently won’t be at my convenience. Seriously thinking about getting rid of Kia."

"Billion KIA of Sioux City IA, is by far one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. My daughter bought a car there that I had to co-sign for. I did all the paperwork and sent it back to them. After her getting her vehicle she had a check for tax and title for North Carolina where we live. Our DMV would not accept the check for it because it was not the right amount. I payed out of my pocket to get her car registered. I then called them to re issue the check to me, as I paid for it out of my pocket. I called 4 times left messages. I finally got ahold of the finance department after being on hold for an hour. The finance manager asked me to send a picture of the check. I sent a picture and was told that he would give this to his assistant and get it taken care of. That was on Dec 19 2023. I heard nothing from them for two weeks and no check in the mail. I called them again spent another hour on hold to speak to the finance area. I finally talked to the assistant and she told me that I need to send the old check and a copy of the registration. That was sent out nine days ago. I have called and been on hold so many times and left messages to the finance area and the store manager. To no avail they have never responded to my messages or emails that the call center has sent them. It is now 13 Jan 2024, still no check and no returned phone calls. I talked to there call center yesterday the receptionist said that branch was closed because of weather. She told me she would email the manager and finance manager. I asked her to cc me on this email. But I recieved no email, so I assume yet again that I am being ignored again. It is to the point of having to drive there from my home in North Carolina which is 1350 miles away from me. My daughter had to get a car there because her other cars transmission went out."

"Leased a Kia Seltos from them in August 2020. They messed up on my registration paperwork so bad that I overpaid on my registration renewal TWO TIMES. $259 to Kia Finance and $259 to the Treasures Office in 2021. $259 to Kia Finance and $259 to the Treasures Office again in 2022. A total of $518 that I overpaid because they did not include my name on the registration paperwork as a lessee like you are supposed to do in Iowa. After 2 years of dealing with Kia Finance trying to get my money back (side note - they are JUST as awful and incompetent, DO NOT LEASE A CAR THROUGH THEM), they informed me in March of 2023 that I needed to take the issue up with the dealership I got the car from, which is Billion Kia, as they were the ones receiving my excess registration fee each year. In April 2023 when my lease was coming to an end, I went to the dealership to discuss my lease-end options, and mentioned the problem I had with registering my car. The salesman tried to pressure me into buying another car from them despite my terrible experience, and tacked on a measly $300 off of the sales price for my issues, when they owed me MUCH more than that. I didn't go through with buying the car and I have NEVER heard from them again about the money owed to me. I've called the finance person, Lance, at least 5 times and he has never answered the phone. He has never returned any of my phone calls even after leaving him voicemails explaining the situation. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) a month and a half ago and they never responded. These guys will swindle money out of you and will ignore any accountability regarding their mistakes. DO NOT GET A CAR THROUGH THEM."

"My 2016 Kia Sorrento engine blew up and we took it here for service. Sarah and Jeremy so they take care of me and my family as far as Toe and rental and that the reimbursement would take eight weeks it took 16 to 20 weeks they shorted my family $934.75, Jeremy and his manager Mitch have no accountability and not the decency to return a phone call. We were insured would be fully reimbursed, promised by billions Kia of Sioux City, and we’re not in care of America and the Steeler ship disappointment fingers at each other with no communication to the customers."
