"Absolutely unreasonable, went last week to get an estimate. No problem, said I would be in today,was good with amount. Came in today, was told not sure when they would get to it and had to diagnose it first, tried to explain that there was nothing to diagnose, simple strut replacement. Would not even think about it nor a time or even a phone call to tell me when to come in. Totally different experience I had last week."
