"Needed a water pump replaced in my 2014 Ford explorer sport. Whoever knows about the design of these engines knows that once that water pump fails it’s a very pricy repair. The ford dealership quote me $4500 to replace it alongside timing components but was quoted $2500 here and even includes a 1 year warranty on his work! Franciso and his crew are fast and great at what they do! He even came back to his shop on a Saturday so I could pickup my vehicle since I was at work and couldn’t the night before. Would recommend getting work done here only. My dad and I have been bringing our cars to him for the past 5 years and will continue to do so! Thanks for getting my car in fast while you were swamped with other cars!"

"K & N auto is the best kept secret in Sioux City for auto repair. I took my my old 94 Suburban into K & N for some work to the intake manifold. From the time I walked in I felt like I was family and they made me feel like I was their only customer. That was the first impression. From there it only got better. The quote that was given to me was hundreds cheaper than all the other places I called and when the work was done, it came in at the quoted price and was done when they said it would be done. From start to finish, my first (and definitely not my last), visit to K & N was one of the best auto shop experiences I have ever had, and believe me, I have had a lot.
