"Yesterday was one of the worst days I've experienced. These guys saved the day. Hi, I'm Caryl Anne. For the next few seconds you're--okay fine i won't tell the whole story. Paul dragged my truck (out of the snowbank on Sutro i was stuck on) and managed to change the course of the rest of the day. He was friendly and efficient, communicated everything clearly and super quickly. I was panicking, not gonna lie, I'm wheelchair-bound after a car accident and I was freaking terrifi-- alright, i said no story.
