"I read the one review and not sure who he spoke with. I have worked for the company and used them for another business I worked for. The customer service was nothing like that review. If you need fast reliable service. This is the company I recommend for local Reno/Sparks pick up and delivery. They cover surround areas as well. From flatbed, van , lift gate or reefer 28’ to 52’ they have you covered."
"This carrier is very rude. They called and left a voice mail advising they'd like me to call back regarding possible work. When I did and advised the details of the work the person on the other line hung up on me. I thought the line was disconnected. I called back and the person said they dont have time for me. I asked why he hung up on me and he got very rude and went on about not having time for me. When I advised I took time out of my work to call him back he said he didnt care about my time. If this is their company culture I wouldn't have them service any of your freight."
