"I was at the Reno Airport and missed my shuttle by one minute at 6:01PM on Sunday the 8th of October. I wanted to get to the GSR so I went to the Yellow Cab stand and ask the driver if he would take me. He said use the shuttle. I said it just left and I would like to get there now. He said " It will cost you $20.00." I ask if that was on the meter? He said the meter would cost $15.00. So this driver was trying to stick me $20.00 cash for the ride that he wouldn't put on the meter. I took pictures of his cab number and he opened the trunk so I couldn't take the shot. I put it down and got the number and license plate. So be careful in Reno because if the driver doesn't want the fare they will try and cheat you. Cab199 plate # 463-S31"
