"Positives : Good overall customer services with weekly discounts if you have your Walgreen's number. Great location and they are the only 24 hour one in Reno. Pharmacy is 24 hours too and parking is plenty, great for people who need a pit stop as these guys are also located next to a couple gas stations. Seasonal selections are also fun to browse through. Negatives : Very ugly looking interior and horrible music choices. Interior has no style as if I'm shopping in a warehouse instead of a mini market. Rubbish selection of music you can tell was chosen by one person with a narrow teenager taste for all the Walgreen branches, I feel so sorry for the staff who have to work there and put up with it. Also the customer service speaker machine is loud / repetitive and annoying, every 5 seconds it rings off sounding for a staff to unlock a glass box even if they have been helped already."
"Called to check on a prescription. The gentleman in the pharmacy who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude, continuously cut me off and talked over me as I was answering questions he asked, and finally, hung up on me. Will never be using this pharmacy again."
"This is my pharmacy. I had all my prescriptions transferred here.The people were so nice and explained things to me that was great information to know. Being open 24 hours makes it so much easier for me."
