"Leila was the best when there was a little boy who had a bloody nose. (The little boy bumped it into his sister’s head while putting shoes away.) Originally, the parent was handling the situation. When Leila saw what was going on, she immediately jumped into action with getting the area secure and cleaned up. She even went as far as being able to calm the child down when the parent couldn’t. She was extremely kind and sweet. She has other staff help clean the area. I wasn’t able to get their names. However everyone was a great team and helpful of each other. Was a great experience. It’s nice to feel safe when accidents happen. I’d like to also add I appreciate how ADA friendly the place is for being a very physical place. I get around using a wheelchair. Everywhere in the park is handicapped accessible."
"I had a fantastic time at the trampoline park! The facility was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and the variety of activities kept everyone entertained. Safety measures were well-implemented, making it a great place for family fun. I highly recommend it!"
"Great experience. Fun climbing devices and areas. Wehad ages 11/4and 2 1/2.. They all enjoyed. There are party room areas. There is also food to get while you're there. They don't want you drinking while you're jumping, leave the beverages in the cubicles."
"This place was AWESOME!!! Just know you have to hit the elevator at the stairwell in between the outlets and Scheels. Great place to have your kids burn off all that energy. My babies jumped and played so much that they passed out in the car during the drive home."
