"First time here and food was hot, fresh and flavorful. Lots to choose from and couldn’t resist the promotional red velvet Oreo shake which was a satisfying and tasty treat! The customer service was above and beyond as the shift leader, Anthony, checked in with us twice with a smile and made sure we didn’t need anything. Maria was also very friendly and hospitable while taking our order and clearing our table. My husband and I will be back to try more flavors! Thank you!"

"I had been warned by a friend that this place was "meh" but I was in the area and decided to give it a go. Disappointingly, I'm feeling that may have been generous. I hit the drive-thru and it wasn't a long wait however the server was incredibly disengaged. Tried some brief polite greeting and asking for recommendations for my first trip but the responses were non-existent. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was served up pretty quick and I dove into the fries for the quick trip home but they were already soggy even though I'd not even escaped the parking lot yet. A handful of minutes later I'm home and ready for redemption with the sandwich. Denied! The breading provided no crisp nor spice and the lettuce was so wilted and slimy that it would have hit the trash days earlier in my kitchen. The signature sauce was near flavorless so I'm not sure what's going on there either. I will give it credit for its neatly decorated exterior and, while I couldn't push myself to finish it, the piece of chicken was a good size for the price. However a decent sized chicken with no flavor and rotten lettuce is a dubious situation."

"Thee best customer service hands down!!! The food is simply amazing and the desert is to die for!!!! You have got to RUN to this place and at least try this A+++++ business!!!! I do not know why some people are complaining about the temperature of the food when they make it fresh every order!!! The seasoning is perfect! The chicken to breading ratio is better than 90% of the local chicken restaurants. The quality is top notch for the price. I applaud the management and the training. Every restaurant will have initial growing pains but I’m extremely happy to see this one acknowledging they are not perfect in every aspect and constantly improving. They obviously have extremely good standards and hold their employees to those standards. The rest of these fast food restaurants could learn a thing or two just experiencing this service!! Go give ‘em a try! It gives you that southern comfort feel!"

"Always happy to see a new chicken place open in Sparks. Restaurant itself is nicely decorated, airy and not too artsy. Tables are well spaced and everything was clean and new. Service was great. Still a counter order and delivered food service. Food was ordered in a timely fashion and delivered in under 15 minutes. Pretty good considering it was noon on a Friday. Sorry to say that the chicken sandwiches were not great. The chicken breast in the sandwich was perfectly done on one half and stringy dry on the other. The fries were way too salty. The sauces we tried were excellent. Maybe we will try another time."

"We have come here twice in the past week, the chicken is so good! I liked their honey bbq sauce and their chicken club is probably the best I’ve ever had. Their sides were disappointing in that the macaroni and cheese was bland and the fries were cold both times. The shakes are pretty good and we tried the strawberry cheesecake jar and that was yummy. The service has been very friendly even though it’s been so busy."
