"Inspected damaged furniture after a move to the island. In their infinite wisdom they were able to discern what damage was “fresh” and what damage wasn’t. Fortunately for the moving company and according to restoration furniture repair, the holes in my couch, pressure spots on my tv, chips out of my dresser, and 6 damaged dining chairs weren’t fresh, after two months of transportation from the east coast. Offered a fraction of the claimed damage amount because one person has a psychic ability to know when our furniture was broken in the last three months."

I was certain that it couldn't be repaired.... Boy was I wrong. Joe turned a scratched and flawed headboard, with scratched corners into a brand new bedroom set.
