"When doing something nice goes horribly wrong.. I took four Christmas bulbs from the Angel tree in the front of the store about two weeks ago. Each Christmas bulb had a different “wish” on it. During this time I purchased a few items; however, none of them were for the angel tree. The cashier told me I was free to purchase gifts for the angel tree wherever I wanted. Fast forward to today (Dec 22). I took my gifts with the bulbs to drop them off; however, a very rude employee informed me that a gift receipt should go with each item. This info is not listed on the bulb nor did a cashier tell me this when I took the bulbs two weeks ago. I purchased the items from different places, removed the tags, and bought Christmas bags from Longs for the items. We debated about this for several minutes. During this entire ordeal, she was rude, condescending, and displayed a horrible disposition or demeanor as if I did something wrong! How am I supposed to know this info if nobody told me?! Not sure if she was insinuating that I stole the items but I am/was highly offended and irritated at this point. As a result, I will not shop at this store in the future. Not sure if it was a race thing but all minorities don’t steal. Please hire better employees. I went out of my way, spent my hard earned money to purchase presents for people that I don’t know out of the kindness of my heart. However, I was met with an accusatory employee who wanted to debate with me about gift receipts and where I purchased each item!"

"I come here so often. Most times people always greet me but tonight that wasn’t the case. I felt like I was being watched. I literally have a little Fanny pack with me! So many people working on the floor came across me multiple times! Not once they said anything ! Not once they said hello or asked if I was doing ok! That’s why I felt the way I felt! I bought everything that was in my cart too even with the bad service! I’m a store manager too I would never steal!"

"Went around 1pm or so, not crowded at all. Very nice selection in clothing, shoes, etc. Very spacious, like some of the other stores. The cashier, didn't get his name, was very friendly. Over all it was a great experience."
