"Horrible customer service and are all slow. Don’t purchase woodblock from here. They won’t be cutting any woodblock if you are in need. Upon purchasing we were informed they will be able to cut the woodblock we have. Afterwards, were sent to go wait by the cutting lumber department. We waited for an associate. There were no posting warning of how much they can cut. We approached another associate because no one came over 10minutes of waiting when we were informed an associate will be there shortly. We were then informed by another associate that they cannot cut woodblock and to search wood cutting places nearby to do the job. What an inconvenience."
"This store's ability to close and abandon the exact aisle I need to access is uncanny. Second only to their ability to have a maximum of two registers open. I've lost count of how many times I've left all of my items in cart and just went to City Mill instead. The time spent waiting in line for a register to open up or for access to the aisle I need, isn't worth the extra couple of bucks that I have to spend at City Mill to get done quickly."
"I love this store so much. They have everything. I've stopped in for painting match samples and they have had a 100% match every time; they are incredibly good. The store associates go above and beyond to help; the fact that all of them are happy and funny is just icing on the cake. Parking has been easy to find all day and all through the week. There are plenty of people, but it's never felt crowded and check out has always been a breeze. If you visit, don't forget to ring the bell for exceptional service cuz these people rock it."
