"Five stars!! Came here for the first time not long ago for some gardening supplies. Saw a sign that they do auto key copies which I need since I only had one when I bought the car. Frank and Bo helped me with it and they were so nice!! We were confused about the PIN at first but they figured it out and I had a new car key in like 10 min flat, MUCH faster than I was quoted. Very affordable, highly recommend! And also Frank and Bo thank you I hope you deserve a raise for being so awesome!"
"If you are not an expert on what items you need, Hardware Hawaii is the place for you. It's easy to get an associate to help you, and they are there with you until you're satisfied with their help. Other hardware stores do not spend the time with you."

I'm not a contractor exactly but a customer but they still works with me normally they work with professionals but they still work with everyday people. Good job"
"Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection of wood stains, furniture touch up pens and other wood products. They carry both the Minwax and Varathane products where as the big box stores each carry one but not the other. I just wish their prices were closer to the big box stores. They don't match prices. Still worth it if Home Depot Kapolei doesn't carry it ie: Minwax and you don't want to drive to Waikele or Pearl to Lowes. Love that it’s local as well."
