"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO GROOMDALES!!! JAZ was shaved down to his bare skin. Jaz is in pain on his rear end, and sitting is painful. My dog is traumatized and will not come to us, plus he is shaking and keeps shaking his head. Jaz appeared to be drugged.Taking Jaz to the vet to see what damage has been done. My dog is hiding in the corner. Sits with his leg up will not put his leg down."
"I have used the services here for several years prior to being in Florida and I am using their services again. I’ve always had a good experience here and my dogs have always been groomed perfectly. Only one issue I have is that they don’t take reservations. It’s first come first serve and that makes it hard to get in on the weekends especially. If you work during the week and have children to take to school or day care you don’t have a choice but to do weekends. I think appointments would work out much better."
