"3/18/2023 Review of Galena Market Car Wash 1. $8.00 for 4 minutes. The rest of the review should be irrelevant. 2. Credit card swipe both inside room and in the bay only work periodically. 3. Major leaking from spray handle and top hose connection 4. Water not hot and spray did not do a good job of removing dirt 5. After several swipes the card reader in the self-serve bay read my card. Unfortunately, it would not read a second time and my wash ended with soap all over my vehicle. 6. Change machine was inoperable so I could not use coins to finish my was. 7. Staff did get me a free car wash in automated wash due to trouble in self-wash bay. Added 1 star for the good customer service 8. See #1"
"The worst car wash around, go somewhere else. I've tried twice with this place, each time the machines took my money but no product. Many machines broken each time. Just a waste of my time, i'll drive somewhere less convenient for machines that work. I think my car is actually dirtier now! Consumer beware!!!"
"Location right off the highway. Very convenient with a variety of products. Spacious gas pumps with decent prices. Plenty of hot precooked to go food items. The store is clean and well-stocked. Staff was polite and friendly and helpful. Though the store was somewhat busy there was virtually no wait time at the counter. The store is great for quick in and out trips for snacks and beverages or for fueling up."
"We live close and just try to avoid this station when we can. Something is always broken....car wash, Credit Card readers, receipt printers at the pump, no windshield fluid or towels, etc. When working the automatic car wash is really good with a touch free option, but it is rare where you can get in and out without some issue. There was hope when new pumps went in about a year ago, was hoping for new management, but still lack of overall maintenance. And now their prices are very high too."
