"Update (3/20/2024): They are still very mindful of canine health and have clearly communicated their vaccination requirements. We are still very comfortable taking our dog there for daycare and boarding. Update (12/20/2023): They were very proactive when the canine respiratory virus was going around and we felt comfortable leaving our dog in their care when we needed to be out of town. Our dog loves the place and the staff are caring, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to interact with."
"My pups Aria and Moose have been going to Hounds House since they opened and I literally have no complaints!!!! The staff is caring and always welcoming to my babies. They are very transparent and allow me to go back and observe them playing whenever I ask. The hours of operation are amazing and I have never had a problem picking up or dropping off. I truly believe that if they are not at home then this is the best place for them…….and we have a new Hounds Towne that opened across the street from our house!!!! NOPE!!!!! They have been here for daycare and boarding and will always be a part of the Hound House family!!!!"
"I've been bringing my 2 pups for a few months and we love it there. Last week I started having them do training with my crazy lab puppy. I noticed a huge difference immediately! She's doing so well under their guidance. The facility is always clean, the staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad to have a safe place for my pups! Thank you HH!!"
