"I have been so reluctant to post this, but I received no response from owner about my complaint, so it seems fair. We have always brought our shih tzu here for his grooming. Usually they do a great job, however his last groom was a disaster! We left him in for a 10am appointment and I called at 12.30pm to see if he was ready, only to be informed he hadn't even been started. My poor baby was in a cage this whole time alone. Then the owner said, oh no he is almost finished! Swe you in 30 mins? So I picked him up, was charged full price and when I got him home, his nails hadn't been cut at all, his ears were uneven and he had poo in his butt! To say I was furious was an understatement. Left a vm asking to be called back to discuss and no one bothered! Disgusting service, won't be back!!"
"This place is the best my daughter drove all the way from San Jose CA just to get him groomed. She used them when she lived here and no one she found in CA can compete. Never seen a dog so happy to go to the groomers !!!!!! Thanks to the staff at Groomer has it Kilo is so happy"
"Absolutely incredible service! Our Cutie Baloo, had his first grooming, scheduling was easy, they were super helpful and friendly. He looks like a totally different dog. But, he is still so cute. Will be established with them for all grooming needs."
