"Besides not getting what I specifically asked for, it is the highest price grooming I've seen. I've been around dogs for almost 3 decades and in that time, of all the pet grooming locations I've seen, this is the worst. The one thing that I was persistent about is getting all of my dogs nails dermal'ed and not a single nail was dermaled. Some were clipped but none were dermaled. The owner seemed more focused on how my dog prefers to enjoy jumping in water. Nothing to do with soap or shampoo but just jumping into the water then actually getting my dog any form of care"
"We love the owner's customer service. She definitely made my wife and I feel so comfortable leaving our Maltipoo with her. Her Pet Spa didn't feel like a cold kennel. It was warm and inviting. Our pooch had matted locs that were cleaned up. She clipped his nails and brushed his teeth. Her pricing was fair and service exceptional. We'll be returning on a regular basis."
