"Not impressed. Old, minimally clean, associate on staff at check in was notably breathing, restaurants non-existent, Uber Eats offered only 3 Indian restaurants, and due to my flight change, checked out a day early and still got charged for the last night due to "we can't sell that room now." Rightttt. As an Ambassador Elite, never staying here again."
"Reasonably priced and squeaky clean accommodations, kid friendly, quietly insulated (not noisy), solid free breakfast (the waffles and toppings are the best), nice little onsite minimart with sundries including booze, and a HOT TUB for après ski soaking of those sore legs. All about 10-15 mins from Northstar, quick hop to KTRK, and a 20 min walk to downtown Truckee (or 5min drive plus parking time). Super friendly staff. Neither super cheap discount spot nor high end luxury but for a great place to crash at a quarter of the price of the fancy on mountain spots (and with arguably more amenities!) this is a great sweet spot. My go-to in Truckee!"
"Rooms are good, staff is fantastic, hotel is great, but heaters are horrible unfortunately. If you like your room fairly warm when going to bed, this isn't for you. The heaters don't heat up much, then switch to cold air, "so they don't freeze". They will even turn on if you turn them off on their own multiple times a night. And blow on you, on the beds."
"This hotel is excellent. They keep it clean and well maintained. Staff responds quickly to your requests. Free breakfast is convenient and exceeded my expectations. I'll return."
