"Great location for skiing. Market and stores nearby. Town a short drive. But the beds sag. We had two queens. Both mattress tags showed April 2017. Same story in other respects, they are not maintaining the place."
"My room had two broken things: the lamp (it was kind of dark in the room) , and the lock on the bathroom. Room was spacious, though. Service was good, every single staff member was attentive and helped everyone in the hotel. This Hampton Inn is close to an airport, a small grocery store (Raley’s) and many food options. All of these are walking distance. Breakfast had very little options."
"Great location. Truckee is just "down the street". Other good eateries are very close by. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Didn't know what to expect for breakfast, I hadn't looked into it, I figured "continental" But it was much better! Plenty of good filling items to get us ready for the slopes!"
"We had an amazing experience staying at the Hampton Inn, the staff were friendly, and really helpful. Kyle the manager was a legend, he even helped dig our car out of the lot after the mega blizzard. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Location was great for getting to Truckee and only 10mins to Northstar."
"They allow pets! Erica at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. She said they get a lot of requests for pet sitters in the area so I gave her some of my cards and she said she would recommend me if asked. She even pointed me to the bus stop to hang my flyer there and offered me free coffee! Thanks Erica!"
