"Front desk check in was terrific but over our 4 day stay I called the front desk 4 times and no answer. Housekeeping did a great job but I called them 3 times and got an answer once. The restaurant service was almost nonexistent. In The Living room, most empty tables were uncleared off and the 4 times we went we had to sit down at dirty table and find someone to clean it. Took forever to get a server and then to get the bill. At the main dining restaurant, we had a family breakfast and 2 meals came out after 25 minutes. Those two people were done eating before blueberry bagels came out barely toasted, cold, with only 2 visible blueberries on each. Weekend breakfast buffet was $52 which is absurd. Room service tax/service charges were ridiculous. A hamburger and chicken fingers came to $90!!!!! The resort only had one place to pick up a snack/coffee, etc., and it closes at 5 pm. You have no other options except a restaurant or room service. I would never ever stay here again. What a waste of money for subpar service and amenities."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The facility is great and the staff is very attentive and helpful, especially Frank. They went above and beyond to ensure that we have a memorable experience. Dining options are limited but of high quality. I would definitely stay at the same hotel in my future trips."

"Lousy service, below average food = over priced. Attended a wedding on 1/19/24 that was amazing and the credit goes to the wedding planner not the hotel. The service was not up to par, food average at best which then made the food over priced. Example- sat at the bar to watch a football game Saturday 1/20 and one of the bartenders (Eric) rudely comes over and removes the menu's in front of us saying he needs them for when it gets busy. No mind you the people with us spent $10's of thousands of dollars on their wedding at the property and we had just started ordering food. We are not the only people who experienced it, however, the wedding planner (a non-Ritz employee) did an amazing job with the wedding set up and the one good service was housekeeping."

"Facilities are nice but there is dog poop in and around the grounds. I understand that people bring their dogs with them but they should enforce a policy so they have to clean up after them. We went there with our family and had lunch at backyard BBQ and I had to constantly warn the kids to be careful since there were tracks of someone who stepped on it and walked all over the snow. I also personally saw a woman let her dog go right on the snow near the benches where people eat and just walked away without cleaning it up. Staff at the Ritz are always nice and friendly but this takes a way the ambiance of the Ritz Carlton"

"Place was stellar. So clean. Wife/I drove across the US from Florida and had relaxing stay at this location. Johnny, Gavin, Jason, Merrick, Jose, Hunter...so awesome. Johnny went so above and beyond for my wife/I. Giving direction, where to go, what to do, etc. He was so in the moment. We were not at this location during ski season, but from what we could tell this place would be perfect to stay at also. PS - food was amazing in the restaurant. Amazing."
