"ETA- Park Animal Hospitals reply is not only untrue, but contradicts their original statement. When we went in, we CONFIRMED our order of the plaque. When we called to settle the bill 2 days later we RECONFIRMED the plaque. When we called to ask where it was, Park Animal Hospital stated that me and my daughter came in to cancel it. Now they are saying we canceled it on the phone? Which is it?? Please don't take your pets here. They only care about covering and hiding their mistakes. ************************************************ Our ferret died in their care and we have no answers as to why. He was definitely sick when we brought him in and we expected him to not make it, however he died in the morning after being hospitalized for a couple of days. They did not reach out to us until just before closing to let us know and even then, they left a message on voicemail and told us instead of calling back. As of now we have no answers as to what happened or why he died. But the icing on the cake is that we ordered a plaque that was supposed to have his footprints and some fur but after waiting a week we had not heard anything back. When we called to ask about it we were told that me and my daughter came in and said we didn’t want it. Which was completely untrue. We came in to pick up his things and asked for a small cutting of fur. As we were walking out the door the lady asked us if we still wanted to plaque. We told her yes, we do. We just don’t want the ashes. Please order the plaque. She said okay. And that was the extent of the conversation. They did not order the plaque and footprint and there is no way we will ever be able to get those things. They are heartless and careless and I recommend not taking your sick pets there. My kids spent the week crying over their lost pet and then another two days crying over the fact that they did not get the remembrance plaque. There is absolutely no excuse for Park Animal Hospitals actions or lack of.. Park animal hospital has offered no apologies for this or even sent a condolence card like all vets usually do. Would not recommend."

"I have been going to this Vet for 18 years. They were the only ones who figured out my cat Mia were having seizures. From there they helped take care of my 7 cats till thier deaths. I now have two cats and a puppy Yorkie they also help take care of. I remember how amazing they helped all my furr-babies when Dr. C was there. I found out that Dr. C was no longer there and now is owned by Dr. A. I was nervous, I mean who isn't. Our pets our our lives right? I should never have been. Dr. A is freaking AWESOME! Very educated on everything and listens to you, makes sure you understand and helps you feel comfortable. And this is a biggy for me, he remembers you. The office staff is so incredible and loving towards all! My babies, and just help you know you got the right place. Thank you, Dr. A and staff no matter where we are we will make sure to drive the distance to have you help with our family."

"We had an emergency the night before we brought one of our pet rats into this Veterinary hospital. The Vet took excellent care of our Tulip. Our girl came home after about a week of healing and has recovered very well. Knowledgeable and caring veterinarian for my ratties!"

"I took my fur baby to this clinic for the first time last weekend. Boy let me tell you the customer service was AMAZING! From the support staff to the vet himself. Such caring and approachable people. My fur baby has been having allergic reactions, he kept licking his back paws and itching. The vet himself was very detailed and talked to us about all options of what it could be and how we can help. Since we got the allergy shot my fur baby has been so relaxed, he’s not anxious or wound up and being irritable, such a change it’s beautiful, he’s back to being the calm and lovable baby he always is. We also talked about neutering him and our options. The vet HIMSELF called and left a voicemail giving such details about everything the SAME day. What a difference from our last vet. We definitely have found our new place to take our fur baby. Would recommend this place all day and night!"
