"I can not RAVE enough about this photographer. I first contacted her through email and made an appointment. She allows you to pick the theme. We chose a wolf hat for my grandson which he refused to wear on the day of photos. Hence, we were very pleased that Susy had a small variety of boys' outfits to use. No one can predict what a one-year-old will do. Not to mention that their temperament can change on a dime. Even so, Susy was able to get so many fabulous one-year-old photos. She is an absolute wonder and is able to capture photos in the blink of an eye. That takes such talent and understanding of infant and toddler behavior. The quality and beauty of her photos are beyond AMAZING. Her talent is so evident in her photos on her website. I wish I could go to her for all our family photo needs but alas she takes only infant and 1-year-old photos with family. I highly recommend her to take any photo but especially smash cake photos. She has such an impressive and astonishing personality making her a joy to spend time with and be around. Not only are her photos stupendous and beautiful but so is she. "We love Susy! Susy was recommended to us by a few different friends and family. When it comes to newborn photography, Susy is the best. You can’t do any better. Coming in, we were immediately greeted by Susy. She has a wonderful demeanor and soft personality. Both come in hand during such an intimate shoot. We were put at ease from the get go. This woman is a baby whisperer. She was so good with our son, continued to keep him asleep and quiet. She knows the positions to put a baby in while still ensuring their safety. She was super understanding and patient of our needs. Whenever our baby “wasn’t cooperating” she would have a bunch of tricks up her sleeve to help him and get the shots we were looking for. You can only expect so much with a little baby but Susy does a great job to efficiently progress with the shoot. Susy has an expansive client closet to choose out of, filled with a billion clothes, buckets, baskets and props. It was hard to narrow down what we wanted because everything was so cute. You don’t need to bring anything of your own unless there is something specific that you want. We picked a package where we did family photos as well. Susy captured our family perfectly and we are so in love with all of our photos. We are very impressed with susys amazing personality, her photos, her ability to keep a baby calm and controlled, and everything about our experience was truly wonderful. We will be back for a cake smash."
