"Not honest. Promised to give an estimate to me for $10 fee within 2-3 days. Then the owner wanted to change $10 to $100 fee for an estimate. Not responding to my messages for over 3 weeks. I had to drive 40 minutes to this shop to find out. Failed to produce and refused to give an estimate to me. This place was messy and chaotic, not professional shop. Not good to start business with auto body shop on my vehicle."

"Do not bring your car here. I am now paying to replace carpeting in my car because when they took my car apart to paint and replace a light, it wasn't put back properly. This caused water to leak into my trunk, where my spare is located. I was also pushed to get my car out of shop before work was done. I found the whole process to be a bit sketchy and not the same experience as any other body shop I've been to."
