"Ken went above and beyond to find an extended warranty on the airbags of my 2015 BMW electric. He called the dealer and walked them through their own internet info and convinced them that it was indeed under warranty. I left armed with the name and number of the BMW service guy and $3,000 richer! I have since had a diagnostic with BMW, they ordered the part and I am scheduled for the free replacement next week.
