"It took almost 6 months to resolve my vehicle issue. I would not recommend this auto body for complex damages, or if you’re looking to have effective and efficient work with transparent customer service. Mechanic was helpful during the initial appointment, but after that it was impossible to speak with him to understand the way forward with my vehicle repairs. There were also many issues with trying to order parts and get updated costs. Additionally, I had to frequently call the shop for follow-ups - they never followed up with me. My vehicle ended up being declared a “total loss” … getting a refund for what the insurance had already paid out took several months and numerous phone calls. Overall, an incredibly difficult process from start to finish."
