"Had a new head unit installed and back up camera. Now having static noise over speakers when volume is turned up. Hear it over everything. Very annoying. Took it back in to have them fix it and they tried a new head unit which didn't solve issue. They Didn't check ground or other wiring issues. Basically said it is what it is. They didn't even mention a static noise during the install or after the car was ready.... Seems like just letting a problem go and now letting the customer deal. Back up camera was fine but they didn't adjust the angle or settings. Did it on my own after they said car was done. Would be nice to be shown how to operate the new equipment."

"I have been to 4 different shops on island and this is the only shop that really did a thorough walkthrough of everything you needed before quoting you the wrong price. Not only that but the box I had to have installed, the boss wanted to build me a custom one but he told me he would rather me wait and see if I liked what I had before making a sale. That’s how I knew I could trust them. On top of the clean install, and giving me a fair price, we encountered a problem when I drove off and came back for them to fix a part that went bad (not there fault) in a couple minutes and back to the road with King Kong in my trunk. Thanks guys!"
