"They saved my ring!! I had gotten an upgraded wedding band, but the jeweler I originally sent it in to, to add my original opal stone into it, set the stone into a princess setting (something you'd only put a large diamond in. Opals are traditionally flat so it looked...ridiculous to say the least.) I tried 4 other jewelry stores who refused to touch it since it was opal. Notoriously a soft stone. I took it to Roger's and showed them and they immediately were as appalled as I was, so helpful and kind. We got my ring reset with the CORRECT setting and fused my bands all together. A miracle, since my bands are opal as well!! Absolutely flawless finish.Their jeweler really is a master at his craft. Thank you all!!"
