"I usually enjoy JIB food, but not at this place. Ordered tacos at the drive through and got back to the hotel to find that they basically had nothing in them but cheese and lettuce. Tried calling the next day to complain, but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Extremely disappointing."
"This location is not open 24hrs. We got up early and saw they were the only location open 24hrs so we stopped over and were there around 4:45am, the drive through wad roped off, and doors inside locked. Not an employee in sight. We went to Safeway and came back at 5am, still closed. Their Google page needs updated and their door front hours if this is the case. Edit: We stopped st Texaco next door and the clerk stated he knows this location is having staffing issues. With this said, I would suggest a sign or note on the door as (most) customers tend to be more understanding when they understand the reasoning behind it."
