"If you are reading this review, in an effort to find a new "salon home", than look no further than SEVEN31. PERIOD. This salon is located expediently between Plumb and Virginia, just off the downtown pathway, in a craftsman looking vintage house. While wanting to give readers the full picture, I will give my experience and feel of the business as a whole. However, Full Disclosure: This is a review about SEVEN31's Esthetician, Amber Lazzarone, as I have not received a hair service here yet. I am a previous salon & spa owner and highly particular about the level of service, skill level, consistency, esthetic and vibe of where I want to frequent for beauty services. As I have worked in the service industry for many years, I completely understand that working with people can be taxing and that providers can have an off day. Therefore know as you proceed with this review, that I am speaking from a place of having received multiple consistent services over an extended period of time. Amber is the very best. She is meticulous and has an extremely high level of attention to detail. I am a busy working mom and she has been super accommodating to my schedule. Not to mention, she is in the upper echelons of her craft in regard to skill and expertise. I have enjoyed every service, experienced both immediate & progressive, and felt open communication & concern from Amber for my skin issues I have brought forth per her consultation. The overall vibe and energy of the SEVEN31 salon is inviting, relaxing and very clean. If the details matter to you, as they do to me, I will mention they have the most fabulous guest bathroom. The owner's decorating skills need a mention. Everything is well appointed, of exquisite taste and practical - nothing is overdone, but apparently well thought out. If you are considering trying a new Esthetician or need a wax or consultation, book with AMBER today!"
