"Cody and the staff is amazing, truly helpful and personable!! He helped us with all our needs and more, was never pushy and truly helped build a package that worked for us!!! I had my last service provider for 13 years and am so glad I switched to T-Mobile!! Plus having a store I can go into when I have needs or questions and I know they will remember and help me, and if he can't answer a question he will get someone who will!!!"

"The clerk is a lying scam artist that claimed I'd have to upgrade my phone plan in order to get the phone I wanted for "free" while adding a line. This was a straight out lie, because I just added a line and ordered that same phone (FOR FREE) on the website and was not forced to change my plan. These people will lie to your face to earn a commission on herding customers into the new Go5G plans that cost more than existing Magenta plans. Avoid this store at all costs and order straight from the site."

"Went in to get the family set-up. Multiple conversations regarding what my monthly bill would be. Two billing cycles go by, bill is $50 more than what they said it would be. Go in to discuss and was told “we have no idea why it’s $50 more”, by the person that literally set me up with the plan two weeks prior. I said fine, let me just pay the devices off and I’ll switch to plan A. After waiting for 15 minutes, our systems aren’t working, we can carry out that transaction here… Essentially there’s no reason to have a brick and mortar store if they’re unable to set up predictable contracts and then when you need service are unable to assist. Avoid this place, go next door to Verizon."

"Let me start this off by saying this is not a corporate owned store, so if you want to shop here, be very careful as T-Mobile customer care can't do very much to help you. So, the shortest version of my story is: my family went into this store to upgrade my phone and get my daughter her first phone. We were hard sold on buying way more than we went in for, to the point so many lines were activated that T-Mobile charged us a $250 deposit. Our monthly bill almost doubled. We were not informed of either of these facts. We were told that our bill "wouldn't increase all that much," and were never given even a ballpark figure on monthly cost. After an untold number of hours, I was finally able to get my bill under control. This store was of no help in this process and truly a hindrance. All we could get from them was, "There's nothing I can do." T-Mobile's customer care was stellar for the most part. I am including a photo, taken in the back of the store, of where complaints can be sent to."
