"Love this place. But not giving full because they used to be 24/7. No longer. And I wish they served breakfast all day. Some of us work odd hours. The only one that does is on vista in Sparks/Reno. And lastly some McDonald's actually sell bags of ice. It would be awesome if they did, especially in the summer when it's 100+ out in the desert. I work a lot of hours, and being able to grab any food I want plus ice through the drive through would be the bee's knees persay. Everything else at this location ROCKS!"
"I don’t usually leave bad reviews because everyone has bad days but that was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s before. Not because the woman behind the cashier was rude to me, or because her card reader didn’t work so she sent me to the kiosk, or because she refused to help me find something on the kiosk, but because they served me the nastiest cup of coffee I’ve ever had. It was the thick mud you find at the bottom of an old pot of coffee. I still can’t get the horrible taste out of my mouth!"
"Usually a hit and miss. Sometimes their sausage patties are burnt, sometimes the burgers come out cold and the fries stale. But yesterday was a first. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and the egg was undercooked. Very disappointing."
"I am very disappointed in the service. Employees may be friendly, but they don't follow instructions. My coffee looks like it has oil in it. Please improve the food and drink preparation process."
"Facility was clean. Staff was nice. But they would not let you order from the counter and required you to order from kiosk. This took way longer than it should have. I’d rather have someone who knows how to work the system take my order in 20 seconds rather than the minutes it took to place on the kiosk with all the prompts"
