"Went to have a TPMS replaced, after replacement they couldn't get it to calibrate so instead of a random fault I have a consistent fault now and I was told I need to go to Ford to get it fixed which is fine but I still got charged for labor and I still got charged for the TPMS sensor that isn't working. Normally there's no issues they've taken care of my truck with no problems before but this time it was just making no sense. I don't know how I get charged for a part that doesn't work just to be told I have to go and spend even more money at the house dealership to get it fixed."

"Ted and the Fernly Tire and Brake crew were amazing! Great people that took care of us quickly and right. We were on a cross-state road trip and had a breakdown close to closing time. Ted got us in quickly and jumped right to work. Had us back on the road by 9 the next morning! Best of all, Ted recommended where we could stay nearby, and even lent us their work truck to get us to the hotel. In this day and age, it's rare to find a group of people so caring and trusting. I wish I had a group like this in our home town!!"
