"theft from elderly we traded in two vehicles a 2021 Durango RT and a 2021 1500 laramie for a new grand Cherokee. first we walked away because the interest rate was 11% and we have excellent credit. was called the next morning with a 5 .99 rate so we went in and finished the deal. my husband had medical issues and we explained why we we're down sizing to one vehicle with his stroke and stage 4 cancer. we asked if they could remove the tool box from the back of the truck because of his condition and pick it up after they installed the trailer hitch they agreed and we went about our business. tow over two months to get the trailer hitch installed and they subleteted the job and installed a aftermarket hitch and told me tough. we asked if we could pick up the tool box later because my husband was having surgery the next day and they said no worries. when we go in to get the tool box with over 7 thousand dollars worth of stuff in it they can't find it and won't return calls. we go into the dealership and we are given the run around again. we are then told that it was scrapped and we are trespassing because we called the police for a theft report. it's a civil matter talk about elder abuse and taking advantage of people"
