"Claimed to replace parts that were clearly just repaired, and not perfectly repaired at that. My mirror cover fell off when I lightly pulled on it to check why there was a significant gap. Flat out lied about some of the parts they claimed to replace as those parts are very clearly just as old and dirty as ever. That photo is of the mirror cover. I'm surprised it didn't fly off on the freeway on the way home. It had an inside clip that was broken off from the accident. That exact scratch can clearly be seen on the photos that I took right after the accident. They just replaced the mirror and didn't even put it back together very well. Sadly, I hit a deer. Morbidly humorous is that one of the "replaced" parts still had deer hair stuck in a tiny crevice. I doubt it came from the factory like that. They clear coated one of my headlights. They also sprayed pait onto my driver's side window. Just a little but annoying. Even if they hadn't lied about replacing parts, I would still be very disappointed with the service."

"I was in a car accident in early March. The damage was pretty bad, I expected the repairs to take at least a few months. Within just two business days, Jason Fuller had contacted me with what needed to be fixed, an ETA, and a quote for all expenses. I got my car back just 3 weeks after it was taken to the shop and it is running and looking as good as new! Jason was very communicative throughout the whole process, contacting me once weekly with updates and possible changes to the ETA. The team worked so efficiently and so well. I’ve never had to take my car to a shop before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this shop. Huge thanks to Jason and his team! Phenomenal job."
