I had been “shopping around” and had a really bad experience prior to walking into Element. The owner, Stacy, was immediately genuine and kind. She explained to me all of the services, prices, packages without sounding too car salesman’y. She was straight up, genuine and sincere. She was very accommodating knowing that I was new to the area trying to find a salon to call home. Her customer service was impeccable. Stacy went above and beyond (without trying to go above and beyond - if ya know what I mean) to make me feel comfortable and confident with my questions and concerns. It is a family run business and I could tell that right off the bat. She treated me and my daughter like family. "I remember I recommend the red light therapy to anyone wishing for a holistic experience and help with an an additional healing service with arthritis. Any type of post scarring any type of issues with skin red light therapy has visibly and physically helped me from the inside out and I’m so grateful that Stacy has this available.
