"I would imagine a person always feels a bit apprehensive when going into a pawnshop to obtain a loan and due to some **** who hit my dog and didn't stop I was a bit short of the $2700 vet bill. I walked into this metro pawn and was greeted quickly and kindly by both Matt and Brittney. Although I didn't quite get the amount I was looking for Brittney and Matt worked with me to let me just enough and even went a bit higher than the initial offer so that I would have enough to cover the bill. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease and also educated me to something I'll later address with the original business that sold me this item. Both Matt and Brittney were very professional but also had good sense of humors that helped put me at ease. I would highly recommend this location in the event you get in a pinch or to purchase something as their prices looked fair. And I imagine most things are negotiable as is the nature of the business. Thank you to both Matt and Brittney. I appreciate you guys."

"By far the best service I've had in a punch up the bald guy just didn't went above and beyond to help ensure that I left with the wedding rings I had pawned. He also gave us a great deal on a few other items. I've used a lot of different pawn shops in Reno this is above and beyond any service I would give it 10 Stars if I could."
