"Best Service Ever... The entire Kietzke Les Schwab crew (Jennelle, Dave, TJ, Sam, Connor and Chris) at took care of my truck like it was their own. Safety check of my 2000 F-250 showed that I needed some additional work, which was explained to me with a clear walk-around by Technician Connor - Chris and store management worked all day to finish in time for me to grab my kids, communication was excellent, service was superior - they're my shop in Reno moving forward. "Took my new (used) car in for new tires. When I got it back the low tire pressure light came on after 3 weeks. Took it back in to be resealed. Low pressure light kept coming on They blamed the rims. Took it to a mechanic, turns out they installed the wrong size tire on the car. Best they could do was offer $250 off a new set. I won't be back!"

"I had a positive experience at this place. Showed up with my own tires and wheels with no issue, day of, and they were able to fit me in, gave me a reasonable quote, and had lug nuts in stock which totally slipped my mind. They discounted the lug nuts behind the scenes without even telling me, I just paid less than quoted. That was nice. I need to do some further investigation on the inner lip, but for aftermarket wheel guys, they seem to have done well not damaging anything. They did seem to take it for a “spirited” test drive according to my fuel economy average before and after- but not the end of the world."
"I had a tire blow out the sidewall..I pulled into Les Schwab and had a brand new set of 4 tires put on my truck...everyone there was super nice and explained everything to me...From the time I pulled in, got my new tires put on and I was out the door in less then an hour...I was impressed.
