"Vincent has EXCELLENT customer service skills. When we went to O’Reilly’s (on W. 7th Street) to purchase a battery for my Subaru Vincent greeted us with a friendly smile. The first thing he did was test my battery. Then he continued to help me choose a battery and the items necessary for installation. Vincent went above and beyond to install my battery. My old battery was corroded and took some work to remove it and replace with a new one. I appreciate his help and kindness."
"I was going out of town and had checked my oil. I second guessed myself and thought maybe I needed a quart. I went to my local O'Reilly and asked one of the employees if he would check my oil to see if I needed any. He was friendly and nice and had no problem helping me out. It turned out I didn't need any oil and I was just paranoid. Then he gave me a tip on how to better read my dipstick."
"Overall good experience, they didnt have the part I needed they had the part I needed delivered to my local store from one across town.
