"Staff should watch there personal conversations around customers which make customers uncomfortable like discussing boarder hoping and imagination seem very racist/discriminating not to mention they fact that they act like it's inconvenience then have to help you!"

"My opinion of this place has completely changed with the bad experience that I had today. The associate that I dealt with was rude and acted annoyed that I dared to be there. He didn't even get me the product that I was looking for and couldn't be bothered to check my truck and verify that it was the correct part for my particular model. It was not the correct part, and I'm pretty annoyed considering that he acknowledged that it might not be correct prior to him selling it to me. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on."

"They lost me over a $14 shipping charge… TL;DR Total monkey operation ordering parts threw them and they don’t disclose additional costs when having parts ordered. Two weeks ago I ordered some parts and was told that it should arrive in a couple of days and that I should receive a phone call when they come in. Two days passed, no phone call. I called and was told that my parts where delayed due to weather. Four days after that and still didn’t receive a phone call I called them again. They told me that my parts where in so I asked it would still be available for me to pick it up in a couple of days and they told me YES. Two days latter I go to pick up my parts to find out that they been sent back…. I ordered the parts again, this time paying first so they wouldn't send it back the 2nd time. I was told it should come in in a couple of days and when I picked my parts up I was charged an additional $14 for shipping. I never asked to have these parts rush ordered and was never told that I would be paying for the shipping. This was the first time being asked to pay for shipping however I need these parts so I can safely drive to work. I tried to resolve this with the Assistent Manager however I was told that they wouldn't help me…. Next time I’m just going to order my parts online for better service and cheaper shipping."
