"We've been bringing our mazda here for service since 2020 and it had only been serviced at mazda dealerships since we bought it in 2019. The services we have paid for here haven't been easy or cheap. This past year has gotten worse. An estimate for service was $450, when the work was completed it went up to $650 without any discussion. They tried to charge us $60 to clean the battery terminals and another $650 to replace the serpentine belt which after asking twice I did not receive a picture of the "freyed" belt. They tried to charge us for an oil cover plate they lost, they mounted our tire backwards and refused to redo the alignment when fixing that mistake. Immediately after our last oil change I called and told them the car was suddenly not shifting smoothly and the first thing the guy said was that has nothing to do with the oil change. Since then I have made several attempts to get that issue looked at and even spoke to the service manager. We had an appointment to speak with the service manager and shop foreman last week and drove from truckee to reno only to find out neither of them were there that day. It's been over a week and after leaving two messages for the service manager without any returned call we are fully confident this service department and therefore dealership is not dedicated to quality work or customer service. Overpriced is one thing, but being overpriced, unscrupulous, devious, and rude is a clear sign they do not need our business in the future. We're trading our Mazda in this year, for a new one and I guess that will mean a road trip elsewhere now. We recommend you also take your business where it will be more valued and appreciated."

"As I was driving through Reno, I hit a patch of black ice and needed emergency maintenance. I arrived and asked if they could fit me in and they were cold, unsympathetic, and turned me away without an appointment. When asked if they knew anybody in town that could help me during my emergency, as I was not from here, the man just told me to "Google it" and refused any further help. He truly looked like he could not be bothered. I left before he could say anything else. I sincerely hope that nobody comes here in their time of need. Please go to Reno Auto Works down the street if you need anything. They were so helpful, friendly, and repaired my 2021 Mazda 3 the same day. They cared, Tom Dolan's Reno Mazda did not."

"Always very friendly. Prompt too. Unfortunately, their GPS system was not ready for general public and they came up with a slight solution but they want the customer to pay for the 'fix'! That's outrageous and should have been a recall. Other service fine. Also, like my CX5 a lot. Has great MPG with fantastic pick up and safety features."
