"A week ago my boyfriend took my vehicle in to see about getting stereo repaired. We have CarShield which pays for such repairs, however, the gentlemen working that day, November 10th, 2023, said he wouldn't even look at the vehicle without $500.00 upfront and then any repairs or parts needed we have to pay him and seek reimbursement from CarShield ourselves. In addition, the man was rude and clearly lazy."

I am very particular with my vehicle and the install team did an outstanding job and they even hid some wires for my gauges completely outside the system install.
